The structure for Cappelletti is as follows:

• DBL is Penalty
• 2 is a relay to 2 (when no interference) to show a one suited hand
• 2 is 5-5 in the majors
• 2 is hearts and an unspecified minor
• 2 is spades and an unspecified minor
• 2NT is 5-5 in the minors

Note that with 2 and 2, with no intervening bid, if partner cannot tolerate the major suit, he bids 2NT asking which minor do you have.
